Meet Tracey.

I’m Tracey Kowalchuk, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I bring over 13 years of experience supporting leaders from a broad range of sectors.  

I am the person you can call when you need honest feedback, candid conversations, or to get an extra nudge to do something bold and courageous. 

My coaching practice rests on my experience in business sales, customer service and education. I have diverse knowledge and an intimate understanding of people and relationships. This all contributes to my ability to be an impactful coach, speaker and leader.

I am a life-long learner and am continuously developing areas of my profession by using currently accepted practices and the latest research in neuroscience in coaching. My methodologies offer innovation and impact that assist leaders and their teams. The bottom line is that I help YOU realize your full potential. 

Full disclosure, I am a certification junkie! I love to learn and soak up all of the newest research and methodologies available to leaders. These certifications include subjects such as team cohesion, leadership training, group coaching, conflict management, 360º reviews, and much more. I draw from these various disciplines to help you discover your leadership blind spots and grow your leadership toolbox. 

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a graduate of the CTI Co-Active Leadership Program and a CTI trained Executive Coach. In my coaching practice, I use my extensive experience and knowledge to guide my clients through purpose-driven team development and intimate one-on-one coaching.  

As an Authorized Partner with The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ and Everything DiSC®, a Certified Administrator of The Leadership Circle Profile© 360° and Culture Survey, as well as a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), I have many tools to draw from. These tools are used to help you generate important insights, gain clarity, focus, and make decisions to improve your organization’s culture and performance. 

I’m in a continual pursuit to provide the latest and most relevant coaching services to my clients. I maintain my credentials as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and the ICF Prairie Charter Chapter.

My style of coaching is Co-Active.

I am still working with one of my first clients from 13 years ago!
